Pairing wine with mood

  • Albert Bichot Pouilly Fuisse

    Albert Bichot Pouilly Fuisse

100% Chardonnay from Southern Burgundy offering a beautiful pale yellow color with golden highlights. A lively, aromatic nose with predominant notes of white fruit and spices is underpinned by a subtle touch of oak and vanilla. Mineral on the palate with a good balance between acidity and roundness. Lovely length.

    Our Wines

  • Ampelia 'Unlitro'

    Ampelia 'Unlitro'

A blend of biodynamically grown Mediterranean grapes— Alicante (Grenache), Carignan and Alicante Bouschet. The flavors are pure and lively, with no oak to interfere with the myriad aromas of wild flowers, forest fruit, red berries, and subtle spices. The Unlitro is not a wine of power or manipulated intensity; it has an unaggressive transparency that can only come from organic farming, ambient yeast fermentations and natural, non-manipulative winemaking.

  • Rayos Uva Rioja

    Rayos Uva Rioja

A combination of Tempranillo & Graciano. Following fermentation it is aged only in tank and bursts with juicy, bright fruit that has a refreshing crunch. French expat Olivier Riverie has applied the French concept of terrior-driven wines to perfection; creating a Rioja so pure, you can close your eyes and go there with every sip.
